The Instructional Coach will work in a school-based setting and will be responsible for promoting an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and psychological growth. This person is responsible for assessing organizational instructional needs and then planning and delivering professional development accordingly, in such a way that will result in growth in student outcomes. An instructional coach is a learner who models continuous improvement, lifelong learning, and is committed to student success. The instructional coach will demonstrate and model a passion for specialized instruction and leadership.
Instructional Coaches are responsible for conducting themselves professionally and in accordance with all HR Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Desert Choice Schools/LEARN Behavioral Employee Manual.
