We are looking for full-time Behavior Technicians/Sub Teachers for the West Valley. You will be travelling between our locations in Tolleson, Buckeye and Surprise. Traveling is a part of this job. This position comes with the benefits and tuition reimbursment for up to $ 2000 per year.
In order to be a Behavior Technician you need to have a HS Diploma. In order to be a Sub Teacher, you need to have a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be a part of a school-based special education team. This team works with school districts to deliver the highest-quality special education services to students with special needs. You’ll provide assistance to the teacher in the implementation of all program components such as the Clinical Program, Instruction, Special Education Services and Physical Fitness. You will be supported by a mentor, veteran behavior technicians and an on-site administrator manager.
