- Maintain requirements set forth by the BACB and State of Arizona Board of Psychology
- Attend trainings per the Directors
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs; employees must be able to bend, stretch, reach, twist, walk, run and stand for an extended period of time.

- Speaking formally when communicating all types of information including discussing IEP goals, behavior plans and incidents with parents and providing feedback to staff.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
